Essar Steel Ltd. (ESTL), requires a large quantity of Low Ash Metallurgical Coke of specific quality and intends to make arrangements with coke manufacturers for conversion of coal supplied by ESTL into coke on `Job-work` at the plant/production facility of the coke manufacturer (Converter) in accordance with the terms and conditions as will be set out by ESTL in the definitive conversion contract.
