The sales volumes for the nine months period ended December 31, 2000 have registered a growth of 8% at 12.36 lakh tonnes compared to 11.43 lakh tonnes in the corresponding period of the previous year. The production for the period is up by 16% at 12.61 lakh tonnes compared to 10.83 lakh tonnes in the corresponding period last year.
The production of Hot Rolled Coils (HRC) for Q3FY2001 was 3.85 lakh tons as compared to 3.63 lakh tons in the corresponding period of the previous year.
