Essar Steel, India's second largest
private sector steel manufacturer, has opened steel
retailing stores at major steel consuming centers
to help consumers meet their emergency requirements
and also to eliminate the need to maintain large
inventories. These outlets, branded Essar Steelhypermart,
are a one-stop shop for a comprehensive range of
flat steel products, including hot rolled, cold
rolled and galvanized products. The stores are well
equipped with all the required facilities and located
near steel consuming industrial hubs. The company
intends to scale up this network of stores over
a period of time. |
