Individual learning plans
While employees are responsible for their own learning, our learning and organisational development department offers inputs and tools to support employees, such as individual learning plans and learning passports for all.
Annual learning calendar
A calendar of trainings to be conducted over the year across the company's learning centres, at Hazira and Vadinar, and the corporate office in Mumbai is instituted at the beginning of the year.
Learning tree
This is an induced learning environment through a chain of libraries called the 'Learning tree'.
Learning hour
Learning hour is a series of stimulating lectures, presentations or panel discussions on topics ranging from leadership to current affairs.

Presentations and lectures are arranged on scientific topics that you may be curious about, but never had the opportunity to understand.
